The hunt on the biggest brown bear in the world is done on foot or on horseback along the brooks full of salmon or in the fields with berries where bears feed themselves. Daily one can meet 3 to 10 bears so that the hunter has the possibility to choose a big trophy. The Moose hunt, the largest Cervidae in the world, with a spectacular trophy, is considered one of the most beautiful hunts that can be done in Russia. In Kamchatka hunting is done with horses or walking and stalking during September and October in the roaring season when the moose are very active, starting off from the base camp (tents or small shelters of the professional hunters) searching for Moose for one or two days and regularly checking the open areas in the woods where they regularly come to graze. There is also the possibility to hunt Kamchatka Snow sheep in the surrounding mountains. |

Assistance at the airport in the arrival/departure in Petropavlovsk Kamchatskij, ground transfer to the heliport closest to the hunting area, helicopter transfer up to the base camp and back, services of game-scouts and professional guides in the hunting area, camp organization, shooting fee for the 1st bear, use of horses if necessary, first treatment of the trophy, government fees for the organization of the hunt. International and national air fares, eventual additional helicopter flights, (cca 1.500 US $ per hour), luggage weight excedence, hotels before and after the hunt, visa, weapon import permits, veterinary certificate, tips, drinks and gratuities. General Information
PAYMENTS: 50 % at the moment of booking, the remaining in the hunting area TRAVEL NOTES: Flight is through Moscow to Petropavlovsk Kamtchatski Bureaucratic Practices: Russian beaurocratic procedures are very complicated thus we need to have all your data at least two months prior to departure for the hunt. DOCUMENTS: You will need to send us your personal data, a passport copy and gun data at least two months before the hunt so that we can prepare visa invitations and gun import permits for Russia. VISA: The visa can be obtained in Russian Consular Offices, presenting the visa invitation supplied by us. CLIMATE AND CLOTHING: There is a possibility of rains in September and Ocotber, during the night temperatures can go below 0° C thus we recommend heavy autumn clothing, a warm sleeping bag and long boots. VACCINATIONS: No vaccines are necessary FOOD: The camp cook will prepare the food based on lots of salmon and salmon caviar.
