The hunting area for capercaillie and black grouse hunting that we offer is situated in Karelia, at 300 km to the North of St Petersburg. There are two private reserves of 30 and 40.000 hectares, beside the Ladoga lake, near the border with Finland. The hunting is done while the capercaillie is singing, approaching it with an expert guide or by waiting early in the morning in the arenas where the Capercaillie fight.
Accommodation is in comfortable hunting houses with all services, situated directly in the hunting area.

| Rates include
Return transfers from St Petersburg to the hunting area, transfers during the hunt, assistance of a professional guide, field treatment of the trophy and the right to bag 2 Capercaillies and 3 Black grouses.
Rates do not include
Air fares to St Petersburg, hotels before and after the hunt, Russian visa, rifle import permit (€ 100), veterinary certificate (€ 20), tips and drinks.
