AREA: the Kuban delta on the Azov sea
The hunting area that we suggest s in the Kuban delta, on the Azov sea, the large inlet of the Black Sea, between the Crimea peninsula and the Caucasus. The geographic position itself suggests that this natural passageway the migrations of waterfowl on their way from the great North to the Mediterranean pass.
The Kuban delta is an immense marshes of over half a million hectares, made of lakes and canals that become saltier as they approach the sea. The hunting area that we manage directly is situated close to the Gricvebnskaya village, and is made of approximately 77.000ha of marches, 35.000ha of integral reserve for ducks and 102.000ha of rice cultivations annexed to the marches, where geese come to feed and where it is possible to hunt them. The local game scouts follow the movements of the geese every morning and prepare the blinds for the following day accordingly. The duck hunt is organized by a real specialist, that has been working with us for over 20 years with seriousness and competence. This hunt is done from the blinds in the reeds and from masked boats, that can move all over the marsh. Every boat and every blind have 50 decoys at disposal and ducks for calls. The hunting house is located on a island connected with the firm ground by and artificial passage of approximately 20km, and it has all the comforts, since we have recently completely restored it. It has 5 double rooms with services, a dining hall and kitchen, with our personnel that will make your stay there more comfortable.
In the moment of the fly-back in Spring, in the first half of March, one can take large numbers of ducks. Also, the species present are numerous (common teals, Mallards, Eurasian Wigeon, Gadwalls, Northern Pintails, Tuffed Ducks, Common Pochards and Red Crested Pochards). The most numerous goose is the Great White Fronted Goose, followed immediately after by the Tundra Bean Goose.

| Rates include
Transfer to the reserve, use of boats with or without engine (gasoline included), assistance of a local game scout every two hunters, local hunting permit, right to take and export an unlimited amount of ducks and geese, full board and lodging in the hunting house.
Rates do not include
International and national air fares, Russian visa (€ 120), weapon import permit (€ 60 every weapon), the data concerning weapons should be communicated at least a month before departure, veterinary certificate (€ 36), tips, drinks and gratuities.
