The Selenge river, one of the largest rivers in Asia, flows into the Baikal lake, forming a delta of over 100.000ha, with marshes and lakes covered in reeds.
During the migrations, in September, a large number of ducks and gees concentrates in this delta, on their way from the Siberian tundra to the hot Chinese seas. Besides, this delta concentrates all waterfowl that nest on the Baikal lake, so that, based on the Russian ornithologists, several million waterfowl pass over this lake in September.
Since there is a complete lack of fixed infrastructures over the delta, we have provided a boat with two four bed cabins, with toilet and shower and a dining cabin, that will take the hunters from Irkutsk to the delta, anchor there and allow the hunt the proceed with small boats.
The hunt is done from blinds made in the reeds, with decoys and calls, that the hunter have to take with them. Lodging will be in the boat, with a cook who will at disposal of the hunters. One can also fish in this area, since the delta is full of pikes and lenoks, trout of the Baikal lake. Lodging for the last day will be provided in a 4 star hotel in Irkutsk.

| Rates include
Lodging and board on the boat in 4 bed cabins, hunting permits, cook, local guides and English speaking interpreters, unlimited number of waterfowl.
Rates do not include
International and national air fares, Russian visa (€ 120, one picture and original passport), weapon import permit (USD 50), weapon transport and luggage overweight, hotels in Irkitsk before and after the hunt( USD 120 double room in 4 star hotel), tips, ammunition (USD 11 for box of 25), drinks and gratuities.
