AREA: Private reserve Cesma, 30km from Zagreb
The reserve Cesma extends over 12.000 ha of Slavonian Oak forest inhabited by Wild Boar, Deer and Roe Deer. The comfortable hunting house, that can host up to 10 hunters contemporarily is located in the centre of the reserve. The season for Roe Deer opens from the second half of April, before the trees grow thick leaves and the forest becomes a green wall, limiting the opportunity to see animals. The hunt is done by wait or stalking in the early morning and in the afternoon. There is the possibility to get great trophies.
During this hunt one can also shoot Wild Boar up to 50kg or big males (females are forbidden during this time of the year.
