In South Africa there are areas abounding in bird species, especially turtle doves (there are for main species), various duck species, geese, quails and francolins, and not to forget the omnipresent guinea fowls. Since these magnificent birds concentrate on cultivated fields, few people know of the possibility to experience a perfect small game hunt in Africa. In the period from March through June 1000 cartridges can easily be fired daily per hunter, just like in the best hunting areas in Argentina. There is no daily bag limit for turtle doves, while for all other species the limit is of 10 birds.
Accommodation is in the beautiful, comfortable lodges on the farm so that it is possible to bring one’s family along, also because the area is malaria-free.

Rates include
Transfer from/to airport in Johannesburg, full board during the hunt, organization of the hunt including a 4WD vehicle and services of a professional hunter, unlimited shooting of turtle doves and up to 10 birds per day for all other small game species.
Rates do not include
Air fares, assistence for firearm import, drinks and gratuities, cartridges 33 cents (8,5 € for box of 25), rifle rent (there are two automatic rifles on the premises, rentable at 100 $ per week).
