“TIME SHARE” OFFER
FOR THE FINCA LAS BEATAS – ARGENTINA
We are offering clients the option to buy 30 “time shares” for the use of the accommodation built in “Las Beatas” estate.
The client who buys a time share will have the use one of the bedrooms, plus the right to use the lodge (as detailed below) during 1 week of every year.
As well they are entitled to use all facilities and activities available in the state.
Hunting – Fishing – Horse Riding – etc.etc.
While hunting. – All small Game is included – Doves, Pigeons, Partridges, Ducks etc
Also the legal Big Game of Native especies: ( Puma, Corzuela, Pecarí, cats, foxes... etc.)
is included in non-fenced areas.
There are 2 types of accommodation:
Cabins “Pochito” & “Pirita” These cabins have 2 beds.
Regular price of the time shares entitled the owner to use these accommodations
Upgrade using the Main House Apartments with 4 beds
Price per 6 day full program – 500€
The basic annual package is 6 days and 5 nights
- Day 1: Arrival. You can hunt and take part in other activities in the afternoon on the day of arrival.
- Days 2, 3, 4 , 5 : The clients will decide on their daily activities.
- Day 6: Departure by midday. You can also hunt and take part in other activities during the morning of day 6.
Extras
- Maintenance costs per “Time share“- 500 € per year.
- Daily Rates
-In Pochito & Pirita ........ 100 € per person per day.
-In Main House ............. 150 € per person per day.
(Daily rates included - Full board. Breakfast, Lunch, Appetizers, Dinner and Soft drinks. / Alcoholic drinks are not included).
Rental & other services
Horses................. 30 € half day / 50 € all day
Quad bikes ............ 50 € half day / 100 € all day
Rifles ................... 100 € per day.
Cartridges ............. 10 € per box of 25 units.
Guides ................ 30 € half day / 50 € all day, cost to be split between clients
Transfers ……..... 30 € collection from the airport and transfer to the lodge
100 € per day for hunting vehicles, this cost is split between clients
Shotgun Hire ….. 100 € per day for Doves and 50 € per day for other shooting
Tips ...................... 100 € per client for the full 6 days.
ENTITLEMENTS & OBLIGATIONS
- While hunting Native Big Game, only 1 trophy x hunter per week .
- The “timeshare” clients will have to pay maintenance costs and are entitled to use any of the services the lodge offers at reduced rates.
- These “timeshares” can be sold, or exchanged as they are property of the “timeshare” client.
- In the event of the property being sold the client will be entitled to their original investment.
- Being a “timeshare” client gives you the right to use the complexes services, prices to be paid in accordance to the current prices for that year.
- When taking part in an activity ,the client must sign a document which exempts C.H.S. from any responsibility, and the client must be accompanied by a responsible guide employed by C.H.S. at all times.
- In January of each year the clients will choose their preferred dates, the longer standing “timeshare” clients will be given preference.
- Confirmation of a reservation is on receipt of the appropriate Daily Rates.
