In Bosnia there are many wild boars, which is one of the world’s highest densities..
This type of hunt is conducted at night, “on the bait”, near the cabins that have been there for quite a long time, and where the boars go regularly at night. The hunter shoots the boar indicated by the gamekeeper under the full moon light. Shooting distance varies from 20 to 30 meters. Usually, unless the weather is bad, 2-3 days are enough for this type of hunt.
Our guides will meet you at the airports of Sarajevo , from where you will be accompanied to central Bosnia. During the night you will be waiting for the trophy wild boar males, in previously described cabins, which are all well heated, with bed and comfortable sofas. During the day you will be accommodated in a hotel or in a hunting lodge closest to your baiting.
For European hunters there is also a possibility to travel by their own means crossing Slovenia and Croatia.
We are advising calibers starting from 8 mm., better not too fast, considering that shooting is done from a close distance and it’s very important to have a strong impact.
